Refund policy

We want you to love what you bought. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at help@boundlessgiving.com. We'll send you a return shipping label via email. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For any other reason (wrong size, change of mind, just not feeling it), return shipping is at your expense.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Items marked "Final Sale," intimates, swimwear, gift cards, and anything worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned. We don't offer direct exchanges — just return the item and place a new order.
